Dear Dr. Jorgen,
I am a PHD student working on dielectric properties of conducting polymers and I found a HFSS software from Ansoft that uses Finite Element Method to perform High frequency simulation. a model of conducting polymer using the same method (FE) would be a good approach. I need your help Dr. to guide me witch is the best way to take and some references.

Thank you very much

First, can you explain more about what you are trying to accomplish in your research? For example, what appication you have in mind and what polymer material you are considering?

Thank you for replaying to me Dr.Jorgen
my application is electromagnetic shielding and I should use the PAni as a conducting polymer in a matrix (I don't know yet what it could be). For now I have to make a simulation of the system. In the lab they use HFSS from Ansoft but this is the first time we are working on polymers. we are physicians and want to investigate the behavior of theses materials. I will be happy to answer all you eventual questions.

best regards.

Your application sounds interesting. Do you have a particular dielectic model representation in mind? Also, does the HFSS software have any suitable material model built-in?
