Does anybody know if these three can be used together for subroutine programming?

I know that Abaqus manual sugests Visual C++ 7.1 or 8.0 and Fortran Compiler 8.1 or 9.1 but I canīt purchase them. My department have Visual Studio 2008 and I have downloaded Intel Compiler 11.0 evaluation copy.
If these three canīt be combined, can it be Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition instead VS2008?

Please, Iīm really losing too much time trying this to work.

Best regards

Visual Studio 2008
Compaq Visual Fortan 6.6
Intel Fortran Compiler 11.0 evaluation copy

I would start with Intel Fortran V11.
