Problem with Umat in LS-DYNA

Dear all,

I want to use user define material for modeling polymer in LS-dyna.
And try to code subroutine for Maxwell viscoelastic material with fortran, just refer to the Ansys help file (theory reference), chapter 4.8 Viscoelasticity. But failed.

Any one has the fortran code for viscoelasticity material?

I have implemented both linear and non-linear viscoelastic user-materials for LS-DYNA. They are, however, only commercially available.
