3-Dimensional Burgers Model

I am Planning to write a UMAT for Burgers model, but i can not solve the model to get 3-dimensional form of constitutive equation.

i have read Frank's PhD thesis, which helps me a lot. But there is no procedure in detain on the derivation. :(

Any body can help me?
