Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a good reference text book that focuses heavily on hyperelastic material behavior and constitutive models?
Thanks so much!

I am working on a book, but I will need another year or so to finish ... :(

The Abaqus User's Manuals are actually a good reference on that hyperelasticity. I also like the book by Holzapfel (http://polymerfem.com/showthread.php?111-Text-book-on-Continuum-Mechanics)

Maria,

I agree with Dr. Bergstrom. I have been using Holzapfel's book for a couple of months. Easy to read and very helpful! Reference bellow.

@BOOK{Holzapfel2000,
title = {Nonlinear Solid Mechanics: A Continuum Approach for Engineering},
publisher = {Wiley, John \& Sons, Incorporated},
year = {2000},
author = {Gerhard A. Holzapfel},
owner = {Joaquingut},
timestamp = {2010.08.03}
}
