Does anyone know of a source for stress-strain curves and plots of frequency-dependent modulus and loss factor for acrylic damping polymers BESIDES the 3M technical data sheets?

Thanks in advance.

It appears that the 3M website lists nomograms of storage and loss modulus data. What additional data are you looking for? Have you asked 3M directly if they have that data?

Jorgen, thanks for your reply.

The 3M nomogram for the particular compound I was interested in appears to have the labels reversed for the loss factor and modulus. It also lacks labels on the reduced frequency axis, so you can't derive the shift function. I called the customer service number and left a message with a technical person but got no reply. I have some (defective) independent data, so the 3M data would just have been an independent check.

Actually, what I am mainly interested in is the stress-strain behavior to break. I'd like to know at what strain level it goes nonlinear.

Grant,

I am afraid that I don't have any relevant experimental data. In your case it might be easiest to run a few experiments to characterize the material.
