How to set PATH, LIB and INCLUDE of compiler in ABAQUS 6.6-1

Dear All

I have some problem about verification of the ABAQUS 6.6-1, it shows that :

Requirement: Microsoft Visual C++ 7.10.3077.0
Product: Abaqus make utility with C++
Status: Fail - Unable to locate and/or determine the version of a
C++ compiler on this system. If Visual C++ or Visual Studio
.NET is installed on this system, please load the
vcvars32.bat file before running Abaqus.

I used Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2003 and Inter Fortran compiler 8.0.
I think that, it is related to environmental variables. That right?
How do I solve this problem?
