Someone Knows EMC2?

I'm trying of doing a triangilarisation of the intersection of two sets, but I dont't know how to do this. I use a program called emc2 which is developed by "INRIA" (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique). Someone knows how to do that?
