About the von Mises Strain in ABAQUS

Hey,

Sorry to bother, but I am verification my analysis with a literature, whose using the change of maximum von Mises Strain, and do any of you know what would this be in ABAQUS, I mean what parameter should I choose from the field output list? (I simply can't find this parameter directly)

I am afraid that ABAQUS does not have pre-defined variable called "maximum von Mises strain".

You can define the von Mises strain from the deformation gradient and you can determine its maximum principal value, but ABAQUS does not have a function to do this for you. Can can do it yourself using, for example, a UVARM subroutine.
