I modeled experimentally my model with "X" layers of viscoelastic materials rings and "X-1" thin layers of aluminum between them and I put 100 ib mass on the top.
The reason for the aluminum is to dissipate the heat generated when the rubber deformed.
Assume this design is working continuously, how to simulate (solve) the heat problem By ABAQUS so that I can see if there is any effect on the damping through the frequency response function.
In ABAQUS,i have my model + frequency response function but not including the heat problem. please any help or idea is appreciate it?

You should be able to setup a fully coupled FE analysis. That is have ABAQUS simultaneously solve the mechanical and the heat transfer equations.
