Blow molding in Abaqus

I would like to simulate the blow molding process in Abaqus.
Is there somebody that could give me an example input file for abaqus that sijulate this process?

Unfortunately I don't have any exemplar files to send.

Be warned that blow molding is a very challenging problem that is pushing the limits of what can be done with Abaqus.
