In many small projects it is necessary to know approximate material parameters for different polymers that you do not have accurate experimental data for yet. In these cases it can be very helpful to do an online web-search in order to estimate properties for a first-order analysis. There are a few informative web sites that contain material property information, two of the best are: matweb and GE Plastics.

The matweb web-site contains information about many different kinds of polymers, but the actual information given for each material is very limited.

The GE Plastics web-site only contain information about the specific materials that they sell, but the information that is given more detailed. For example, the following quantities are given: tensile and compressive stress-strain curves, tensile creep curves, tensile fatigue curves, etc.

Both of these sites requires free registration.
Does anyone know of any other useful sites?
